Pinot Noir Carneros Napa

This is the second vintage of Argus Pinot noir and a worthy successor to the very popular 2009 vintage. The 2010 has a deep ruby color, great aromatics of crushed cranberries, cherries and sweet oak. It has flavors of black cherry, cola and cinnamon spice. It is a great pair with simple and elegant foods alike. Try it with grilled chicken or Coq au Vin. It will also pair with Tuna Nicoise or Fajitas. It is a versatile wine that will age well for 3-7 years and beyond.
