This DOCG wine is made from 100% Arneis grapes. The label was designed by local artist Romano Levi and it is titled “Donna Selvatica” which translates to Wild Woman. The vineyards are located in the Roero area, in the municipality of Canale. The harvest is done manually by hand picking the grapes. It is aged in in steel containers on the fine lees for 3 months, 6 months in the bottle. The color is straw yellow with golden glints. The aroma is soft and delicate, with hints of aromatic camomile and broom flowers. The flavor is dry, fresh, spritzy, mineral with a lingering finish.
